« on: September 13, 2017, 09:09:07 am »
I am trying to upload a photo but keep getting the error message "The attachments upload directory is not writable. Your attachment or avatar cannot be saved." It is a JPEG 760 x 800 pixels so is not too large. Any help most grateful received. many thanks

I have contacted them through Support to ask them why they have stopped supporting the Forum and received an automated reply which promises that my query will be dealt with—I wait expectantly!

Don't worry Allsop. The Forum will be renewed soon. I think till end of October it will be refurbished.

Hope so, (do you have 'inside information'?) I am not so worried about the Forum although it is a very useful resource as losing support and development of DxO products.

For information. I have received a reply from DxO Support with what I thought they would say, i.e. that it not a technical matter and here're they can not help me! Oh well.
