Third party optics ?
« on: August 19, 2017, 01:30:25 pm »

I've two camera-bodies. If I want to download additional modules, there are only brand related optics.
Does anyone knows how to obtain for example Sigma or Tamron optics characteristics modules?

with regards,

It is not typical Martin. If you simple select the camera brand and model, the next step to find all available lens type modul to that camera. Which is not in the list, DxO never examined this combination. E.g. DX camera body modul has FX lenses, but FX camera rarely tasted with DX lens. The Sigma and Tamron lenses are widely tested ( not all, of course ). Fujifilm, Leica, etc. brands usually tested only native lenses meanwhile Canon, Nikon, Sony are the target of 3rd party lens manufactures.
