I propose to add a new function that works like the elite version of "Contrast" or "HSL"

Noise can be reduced more or less according to brightness and/or color and in the sense of a local correction.

Examples:
reduce noise in the shadows more than in the midtones and highlights
reduce noise in the blue of the sky

You should probably enter your requests in the dedicated forum Feature suggestions (all products). It would give them more visibility, especially for Windows users.

This idea sounds great. I approve.
There could be four slides like in the Selective tone tool: Highlights, Midtones, Shadows, Blacks.

This behavior is  already implemented.
The NR may differ according to the tone zones.
