resize customisation window
« on: November 27, 2016, 06:12:20 pm »
Hi,

I am new to DXO optics pro.
After importing images to DXO optics pro , (touch bar model) when I switch from organize to customisation preview window my picture is very tiny with lot of unused space. I am not able to increase or resize customisation preview area. (picture attached, how to increase the size of grey space)

Please help.

Hi,

I have DxO OP v11 under Sierra on MacBook Pro with touch bar and I don't have this kind of problem. All images are occupying the largest space available.

Sierra is supported for DOP starting at v10.5.4 build 175.
Are with this or latest release?

If so, you should write to support.

By the way, I just see that there is a Sierra update 10.12.2 available.
Perhaps it may help also (some graphics corrections).

Your magnification is set to 12%. Hit the little four-way arrow icon, or bump the mag to 50%

I've seen also it is set at 12%, but also the icon with cross arrows for selecting the image to set to the available space is On (in blue), meaning that the 12% is the result of that magnification which is the default.
So perhaps there is another issue here.

have been on Sierra 10.12.3 since released, but for some reason this issue has occurred just overnight. the display takes up the entire window in the "organise" tab but when i switch to "customize" it becomes small as per the OP.

problem solved. i clicked "crop" and the display inexplicably moved the tiny view to the top of the screen. I then clicked on the horizon tool and then it redisplayed the image fully within the viewer. i can't explain why but it is now correct
