When will this camera be supported? LR supports it since the release of the camera.

Hi,
Information about module availability is here http://www.dxo.com/us/photography/photo-software/dxo-opticspro/supported-cameras

and it appears that these cameras are already supported.

The camera is not listed there at all: GX80 and G80 are different cameras...(range finder style vs DSLR stlye). The G80/G81/G85 is a new model from Panasonic released in October 2016.

Sorry for the confusion.

So you should suggest your camera at this link: http://www.dxo.com/us/photography/photo-software/dxo-opticspro/dxo-optics-modules-suggestion-form

I already had as probably a lot of owners, too. It's no "niche"-camera and I was wondering why DxO is so much behind in comparison to Lightroom which was not the case with previous MFT-cameras from Panasonic.

Well, it's now nearly 3 months since the camera is out and still no support while other RAW converters and even OS X support it. Please get this going!
For now DxO is useless to me since I can't use it with the G80...

+1  Please support the Panasonic G80.  I would assume it is nearly identical to GX80, since same sensor, so should be "trivial"

+1 DxO OpticsPro kicks itself out of my mind if it's not usable for new models. Adobe is the benchmark...
oh, and I hope it does not come only with DxO 12 for an upgrade fee...
(Together with the lack of DNG-support (actually ignorance of DNG-format) that would bring my long lasting relation with DxO to an end)

Well now it's officially scheduled for 04/17.

Congratulations: Nearly half a year since the camera came out which uses the same sensor as the already supported GX85!  :P

I guess I will change back to LR entirely then when the next version of Optics Pro comes out. I don't have the time to wait half a year for camera support.

Thank you, DxO-Team, for the really good implementation of G80-support. This is by far the best implementation of RAW-conversion for this camera so far!!
