That's a pretty good idea and I am sure it would be very simple to implement.
This feature should apply to all the geometry tools, such a perspective correction, as well.
I think that the fix shouldn't be that hard, too.
Actually, I wonder why nobody noticed this and proposed it earlier?

Here is the Crop tool correction by hand result. Is there missing some pixel ?

Yes, certainly.
Please, press Compare button at the toolbar and see the original image.
Look at the lower left for the most obvious part.

Unfortunately, you are right. On the left bottom corner the Distortion tool cut out some pixels.

This is actually not repairable. I think, this is worth to report to the support@dxo.com.

It's very unfortunate that this suggestion was ignored by the DxO team.
